Request for Information - INCIDENT INSPECTIONS AND DETAINEE DEATH REVIEWS

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is seeking information from vendors capable of providing incident inspections and detainee death reviews. The contractor will provide expert operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Office of Detention Oversight (ODO) and the External Reviews and Analysis Unit (ERAU). The scope of work includes conducting compliance inspections of detention facilities, performing administrative reviews of detainee deaths, and providing support for special and focused reviews. Vendors are requested to respond to a series of questions and provide a rough cost estimate for the requirement. Some key points to consider: • The contractor will be responsible for conducting on-site and remote inspections and reviews of detention facilities. • The contractor will provide personnel qualified in detention management to support facility compliance inspections and death reviews. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed response to the questions posed in the RFI, including a capability statement and a rough cost estimate. • The government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
