GSA PBS Southeast Multiple Award IDIQ for General Construction Services

The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), is seeking information on technically capable and responsible general contractors for a potential Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for general construction services. The contract will be used for construction projects in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Alabama. The scope of work may include office construction and renovations, MEP repairs and modifications, fire sprinkler systems, sitework, exterior construction, demolition, and other construction activities. The contract is expected to have a maximum length of five years, with a guaranteed minimum amount for the base period.
