Description
The City of St. Marys, Georgia, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to renovate the Lazy River Attraction at the St. Marys Aquatic Center. The objective of this project is to completely renovate the surface of the Lazy River Attraction to provide a high-quality, durable, and safe attraction for patrons. The scope of work includes the renovation of the Lazy River Attraction, and the contractor must provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project.
• The contractor must have experience in similar projects and must provide references.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• The contractor must provide a detailed proposal, including a scope of work, timeline, and budget.
• The contractor must attend a pre-proposal conference, if scheduled, and must submit any alternate proposals in writing at least five days before the proposal submission deadline.
