Description
The US Air Force is soliciting bids for the repair of the Kaye Auditorium roof, B708, at Columbus AFB. The project involves replacing the existing membrane roof system, including roof decking, insulation, gutter system, and roof coping, with a new TPO single-ply membrane roofing system. The work must be performed according to the Statement of Work (SOW), Concept Design Drawings, and all related AF requirements and codes.
• The site visit is scheduled for 14 July 2026 at 9:00 AM CST, and attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory.
• The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $30,000 and $60,000.
• The solicitation period has been extended from 30 June 2026 to 6 August 2026.
• All RFls must be submitted NLT 12:00 PM CST, on 21 July 2026.
