Description
The Town of Chelsea is seeking bids to remove and replace an accessibility ramp outside the Chelsea Town Hall. The ramp must meet current ADA standards and be consistent with the historic nature of the building. Proposals must include material selections, evaluation of existing foundations and footings, and protection of existing buildings and infrastructure. The work must be completed by June 30, 2027.
• The project requires a site visit prior to submitting a proposal.
• Bids will be evaluated based on price, ability to perform within the specified time limits, experience and reputation, quality and type of materials and services proposed, and ability to meet all terms and conditions.
• The Town of Chelsea reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities, and negotiate with any bidder.
