Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide non-hazardous solid waste collection and disposal services for the Puerto Rico Army National Guard facilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the services. The government will award a contract to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government, based on the lowest acceptable price that meets the requirements specified in the solicitation.
