The U.S. Army is issuing a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price solicitation for the purchase and delivery of proprietary Teledyne Falcon gas chromatograph (GC) components and engineering enhancements supporting the SAMARS Phase 3 Part 2 effort at Dugway Proving Ground.
