RFB-157-26 Park LC Accommodations & Hospitality Upgrades

The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Parks, is seeking bids for accommodations and hospitality upgrades at the Lake Cumberland State Resort Park Lodge. The project includes selective interior finishes demolition, new millwork, flooring, lighting fixtures, and updates to the dining room and guest rooms. The successful bidder will be responsible for completing the work according to the specifications and plans provided. • The project requires experience in construction services, including maintenance and repair. • The bidder must be registered in the Commonwealth eProcurement System via the Vendor Self Service (VSS) System. • The bid must be submitted electronically through the eProcurement system. • The bidder must attach the Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) as a single combined attachment. • The project has a site visit meeting scheduled for 12/11/2025 at 9:00 A.M. Central Time.
