Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive aviation ground support for the 2026 McConnell AFB Air Show, including the supply and dispensing of 100LL aviation gasoline, specialty lubricants, smoke oil, and related flightline services. The effort covers fuel truck operation, oil distribution, tow vehicle support, personnel management, transportation, and all necessary equipment and safety compliance for a multi‑day airshow event.
• Provide ~2,000 gal of 100LL Avgas, 1,458 gal of smoke oil, and various engine and turbine lubricants.
• Operate fuel trucks, oil distribution trailers, and support vehicles on the flightline, meeting NFPA 407, AFI 91‑203, and other safety regulations.
• Deliver all personnel, supervision, transportation, tools, and supplies; maintain real‑time service ledgers; obtain required security badges and complete driver familiarization training.
