The City of Columbus, Public Utilities Department is seeking a vendor to provide a WATERSHED--SLOPEMETER. The scope of work includes the provision of an ESM-2-1-PLUS system, which consists of a sensor, displays, and mounts. The system must be able to measure and display the grade and pitch of a surface. The vendor must provide a system that is weatherproof and can be easily installed and calibrated.
