Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is seeking quotes for commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) End-of-Life (EOL) hardware spares to support the Naval Aviation Distributed Mission Training (NADMT) program. The required items include brand-name Dell hardware, and the contractor must provide new equipment procured from authorized sources. The delivery schedule is a single, consolidated delivery no later than September 15, 2026, F.O.B. Destination to 2555 Sports Arena Blvd, San Diego, CA 92110.
• The contractor must provide a quote that includes the unit price and total price for each item, inclusive of F.O.B. Destination shipping, handling, and delivery costs.
• The Government will evaluate quotes based on technical acceptability and price.
• The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
• The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
