Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought (SS) Notice -FHWA Office of Highway Policy Information (HPL) National Performance Management Research Data Set (NPMRDS)

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for an anticipated requirement related to the National Performance Management Research Data Set (NPMRDS). The objective is to gain access to timely and quality travel time data covering the National Highway System (NHS) and obtain technical support needed by Federal, state, and local agencies to carry out the data application and data analysis related to Transportation Performance Management (TPM). The requirement includes acquiring NPMRDS data, obtaining technical support, and conducting data analysis. • The NPMRDS data should cover the National Highway System (NHS) and include all-vehicles, passenger, and freight streams. • The contractor should provide daily data delivery by 4:30 PM ET the following business day. • The contractor should have experience in data collection, analysis, and technical support. • The contractor should be able to provide a Management and Work Plan that includes an HR Plan covering roles and responsibilities for both the prime and any subcontractors.
