The key responsibilities of the vendor include: • Providing specifications for approved equipment • Furnishing flood monitoring hardware • Installing all components • Surveying each site • Programming flood alarms • Providing technical assistance to the City • Performing semi-annual inspection and maintenance The City encourages bidders to submit their responses electronically, and late proposals will not be accepted.

Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

Based on the scope of work, which includes providing specifications for approved equipment, furnishing flood monitoring hardware, installing all components, surveying each site, programming flood alarms, providing technical assistance to the City, and performing semi-annual inspection and maintenance, the estimated budget for this project could be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million. This estimate is based on the assumption that the vendor will need to provide a significant amount of equipment and labor to complete the project, and that the City will require ongoing maintenance and technical support. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the number of sites to be installed, the type and complexity of the equipment required, and the level of technical assistance needed.
