The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide switchboard services at the Northport VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for sharing duties with government personnel, including managing a 24/7/365 switchboard operation. The contractor will be required to provide five full-time equivalent (FTE) operators and one supervisor. The average daily call volume is between 700 and 1200 calls. The contractor will be expected to work alongside government employees and will be required to have an on-site lead/supervisor to manage the contract workers.
