Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide a Correspondence Engine software solution for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Eligibility Customer Communications Management (CCM). The solution should be able to manage large-scale customer communications and have experience in implementing similar solutions for health and human services with eligibility program requirements. The contractor will be responsible for providing a detailed transition-in and transition-out plan, including any roles or responsibilities expected of the State. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the best value to the State.
