The Montana Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified consulting firm to enter into a term contract (2027‑2030) to perform bridge‑load‑rating studies, vehicle‑weight analyses, and related engineering services on an as‑needed basis across the State of Montana. The work requires rapid turnaround (3‑5 business days) for bridge‑study approvals/denials, use of MDT‑provided software (AASHTOWare BrR, eTRIPS), and a licensed professional engineer to oversee all activities. The contract is estimated at approximately $2.5 M over four years, with potential extensions up to a fifth year.
