The Department of the Interior is seeking quotations from three or more qualified contractors to expand the Panther Path and construct an Astro Viewing Platform at the Panther Junction Visitor Center in Big Bend National Park, Texas. This project involves site preparation, structural work, platform fabrication, and installation to support astronomical observation and visitor education.
