Water-Sewer-Garbage-Recycling Utility for NIOSH Spokane Campus

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Spokane Campus, intends to award a sole-source contract for water, sewer, and garbage collection services to the City of Spokane.
