Midwestern State University is seeking a qualified landscaping contractor to design, install, and finish the new West Campus Parking Lot landscape. The work includes site preparation, soil conditioning, grading, planting, weed‑barrier installation, irrigation system upgrades, and mulching, plus the requirement to hold a Texas Landscape Irrigation License and verify existing utilities on‑site. The contract will be awarded on a fixed‑price basis after evaluating compliance and cost.
• Remove existing soil/grass and roto‑till to install compost‑amended backfill.
• Install 72 three‑gallon Sea‑Green Juniper plants, breathable weed‑barrier mesh, and 4‑in. cedar mulch.
• Upgrade irrigation with a Hunter valve, controller, PVC pipe, drip‑line emitters, and replace existing double‑check valve with an Apollo assembly.
• Vendor must provide all labor, materials, insurance, W‑9, and meet Texas licensing and utility‑verification requirements.
