Description
The Township of Lawrence is seeking a qualified contractor to execute pedestrian improvements at Eldridge Park. The work includes installing permeable interlocking concrete pavers, adding curb and driveway apron elements, constructing a split‑rail fence, and providing vegetative stabilization, all within a tight schedule.
• Install approximately 1,175 sq yd of permeable interlocking pavers.
• Provide 192 ft of curb and 75 sq yd of driveway apron.
• Construct a 170 ft split‑rail fence and perform site stabilization.
• Complete construction within 45 working days (approximately 9 weeks) after notice to proceed.
