Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide a Library Management System (LMS) to modernize inventory tracking and consolidate library services across all Michigan Department of Corrections. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a full-featured LMS, including implementation, subscription, and maintenance services. The contract term is 5 years, with up to 5 1-year renewal options.
Key features of the required LMS include:
• End User and IT Operating Environment
• Software, including 3rd party components
• Documentation
• Training
The evaluation process will assess the proposals based on technical criteria, including the vendor's ability to provide a complete and functional LMS, as well as pricing.
