Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is requesting bids for the procurement of two HVAC unit packages, including installation, start-up, and training. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing the equipment, labor, and materials necessary for the installation of the new units. The project includes the removal of existing equipment, installation of new steam piping, and provision of labor and materials for the installation of new amp breakers. The bidder must provide a certified technician to provide training to TDCJ employees on the new equipment.
