CCA Grant Evaluator

The Community College of Aurora is seeking a grant evaluator to conduct student focus groups, collect student responses, and collate both qualitative and quantitative data regarding differential student success outcomes. The evaluator will be responsible for drafting annual reports and a final assessment of program performance. The anticipated term of the contract is from April 1, 2026, to February 1, 2032. • The grant evaluator will collect qualitative and quantitative data annually to draft reports on the implementation of the scholarship program and a separate impact analysis of the program interventions. • The evaluator will compile a final report during year 6 of the grant summarizing final program outcomes and detailing the successes and failures of the program's interventions. • The evaluator will plan and conduct student focus groups to collect qualitative data on students' experience in the program. • The evaluator will coordinate with the program leadership to collect quantitative data on the academic achievement of the program students and in a sample of non-scholarship students.
