Description
The Natural Resources Department is seeking bids for the repair and replacement of critical parts and functionality of the control box located at the Fisheries Hatchery in Grand Rapids. The work includes updates to allow communication with hatchery equipment, including filters and temperature controls. Bidders must submit their responses electronically through the Swift Portal, and the award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions.
• The project requires all labor, equipment, permits, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for completion.
• The unit price must include all costs, such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax, and all else necessary for completion of the project.
• The project has a completion date requirement, and the bidder must be able to meet this requirement.
• The bidder must be registered as either a bidder or a supplier to participate in the event.
