New Elementary School Media Center Furniture

The Lowndes County Schools is seeking a vendor to design, deliver, and install media center furniture and furnishings for the new Lake Park Elementary School. The scope of work includes providing tables, chairs, stools, soft seating, circulation desk, and bookcase layout to accommodate approximately 8,650 books. The vendor must provide a portfolio or presentation of proposed furniture and furnishing, including material, color, and fabric samples. The vendor must also provide information on the design and selection process. • The contract performance period will commence the day following board approval and end twelve calendar months thereafter. • The vendor must provide a single point of contact assigned to Lowndes County Schools. • The vendor's personnel must have Lowndes County Schools identification badges prominently displayed at all times while performing work at Lowndes County Schools facilities. • The vendor must ensure students are kept away from the area while work is in progress. • The vendor must provide warranty and warranty information.
