Firefighter Turnout Gear

The US Army is seeking to purchase firefighter turnout gear, including coats and pants, with a total quantity of 132 units. The gear should be delivered within 90 calendar days after contract award. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the items to the USAG Bavaria, Fire Department, in Grafenwoehr, Germany. The evaluation will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, considering price and technical factors. • The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items. • The contractor must comply with the antiterrorism/force protection policy. • The contractor must provide information about subcontracting, trade agreements, and past performance. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a valid Tax Identification Number. • The contractor must provide a completed IRS Form W-14 and other required documents.
