6th Street End Park Floating Dock Installation and Tucker Street Boat Ramp Improvements, City of Ann

The City of Annapolis is seeking bids for the installation of a floating dock and improvements to the Tucker Street Boat Ramp. The scope of work includes the installation of a timber ramp, floating dock, and aluminum gangway at the end of 6th Street at Back Creek, as well as the removal of existing boat launch and bollards, performance of site work, installation of a floating dock and kayak launch, and construction of a reinforced concrete boat ramp and imbricated rock walls. • The bid opening will be conducted virtually on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. local time. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. local time via Google Meet. • Bidders must be licensed marine contractors and registered with the State of Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation. • The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
