2026 Professional Services Statement of Qualifications for Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG)

The City of Rogers is seeking professional services for the Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) project, which includes land surveying, engineering services, land acquisitions, appraising, natural channel design, wetland design, and other related services. The selected firms will be expected to design sustainable infrastructure, off-street trails, and environmentally sensitive stormwater systems. The project requires demonstrated expertise in Low Impact Development (LID) systems and experience with natural stream design principles, bioengineering, and hydraulic modeling. Key requirements include: • Experience with LID principles and natural stream design • Familiarity with state and federal permitting requirements • Ability to design sustainable infrastructure and environmentally sensitive stormwater systems • Knowledge of local vegetation types and areas suited for each species • Commitment to creating and fostering a diverse workplace • Experience with FEMA LOMR and CLOMR submittal process • Capabilities of modeling in various design circumstances
