The Government is seeking a minimum of 4362 to a maximum of 4580 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet of contiguous space within the Area of Consideration in Victorville/ Hesperia, CA. The lease term must be 20 years, 10 years firm, with Government termination rights. The proposed property must have features such as being located outside of a 100-year floodplain and within the delineated area. The Offeror must provide a test fit layout and meet the accessibility and fire protection requirements. The Government requires a fully serviced lease, and the Offeror must include the cost of security improvements and operating costs in the offer.
