Description
The City of Siloam Springs is seeking a haying lease for an approximate 20.543-acre site located on Arkansas Highway 59. The successful proposer will be required to hay the site and remove the cut and baled hay within two weeks of baling, weather permitting. The initial term of the lease is for the 2026 hay baling season, with the option to extend for up to three additional years. The proposer must provide proof of insurance and indemnify the City against any claims or damages.
• The site has been hayed in the recent past and the City intends to maintain this agricultural use.
• The proposer must submit a dollar value for the annual rent to the City, with a minimum season rent of $500.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive non-prejudicial irregularities.
• The proposer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment practices and non-discrimination.
