Description
The US Government, 341st Missile Wing, is seeking a contractor to provide a remanufactured or better 8.9 liter Cummins turbo diesel engine for a 2018 Freightliner model FL112. The engine must meet specific requirements, including new or remanufactured cylinder block, heads, camshaft, and other components. The contractor is not required to install the engine. The scope of work includes providing a dyno-tested engine with a live-run under loads simulating in-the-vehicle operations. The contractor must also provide a 2-year/100,000 mile warranty.
