Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking to procure the renewal of software licenses for the On Premise Limfinity Platform and FreezerPro On Premise Support. The Limfinity platform is used for the Undiagnosed Diseases Program (UDP) at the NIH, and it requires constant upgrades, hosting, and monitoring. The FreezerPro license is also used by the UDP program for sample management. The contractor will be required to provide a liaison to offer support, bioinformatic expertise, and minor to moderate applicable scripting refinement. The contractor will also be responsible for providing backend access API, maintenance and support for the Limfinity server, and providing Limfinity version updates.

• Providing a liaison to offer contractor support, bioinformatic expertise, and minor to moderate applicable scripting refinement
• Providing backend access API for Limfinity
• Providing maintenance and support for Limfinity server
• Providing Limfinity version updates
• Providing an on-premises Limfinity license
• Providing concurrent user licenses
The work will be performed at the NHGRI Undiagnosed Diseases Program (UDPics Patient Data System) in Bethesda, MD.
