Description
Missoula County is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish existing mobile restroom units and install two pre‑manufactured restroom/shower buildings on permanent foundations at the TSOS site in Missoula. The work includes full demolition, site grading, utility disconnections and reconnections, concrete footings and slab work, crane placement of the prefabricated units, interior fit‑out (fixtures, finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), provision of temporary portable restrooms for the crew, and final site cleanup. The contractor must comply with Montana prevailing‑wage rules, provide a 10 % bid bond, secure performance bonding (unless under $50 k), maintain required insurance, and retain at least 50 % Montana‑resident labor.
• Demolition of existing trailer units, removal of asphalt, and preparation of new concrete foundations.
• Installation of utilities (water, sewer, electrical, gas) and full interior finish work for two 421 SF prefabricated restroom/shower buildings.
