The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, is seeking bids for the Seward Highway MP 14 Railroad Crossing Reconstruction project. This federally funded project will reconstruct the Seward Highway MP 14 Railroad Crossing to accommodate Alaska Railroad Corporation's project to raise the railroad grade.
