26-0022A Infrastructure Replacement Package 2

The Infrastructure Replacement Package 2 Project involves the construction of approximately 2,200 linear feet of 6-inch to 8-inch water main and approximately 2,700 linear feet of 6-inch to 8-inch wastewater main along various streets and areas. The project includes the removal or abandonment of existing water mains and wastewater manholes and mains, stormwater pollution prevention, traffic control, site restoration, and all other necessary appurtenances. The project will be designed and constructed to meet all applicable federal, state, and local accessibility standards. Key aspects of the project include: • Utility trenching and backfilling • Pipe bedding and laying • Concrete encasement and trench caps • Backfilling and compaction • Quality control testing • Cleanup and restoration The project requires the contractor to furnish all necessary materials, equipment, and labor to complete the work, including the removal and disposal of surplus excavated materials.
