The U.S. Government Publishing Office seeks a printer to produce 3,000 copies of the Vermont Army National Guard’s August 2026 GMG Magazine, a 44‑page saddle‑stitched publication with gloss coating, and to mail the majority of copies using a certified mailing list.
• Print 3,000 saddle‑stitched 8½″ × 11″, 44‑page magazines with specified paper, 4‑color process, and clear gloss coating on the cover and back.
• Deliver 156 copies to Colchester, VT and 100 copies to White River Junction, VT via traceable shipment; mail the remaining ~2,744 copies using reimbursable postage, with CASS‑ and NCOA‑certified mailing list.
• Provide press‑quality PDF soft proof by Sep 15, meet ISO 12647‑7/GRACoL standards, submit a security control plan, and destroy all furnished fonts after production.
