RFP - Baggage Building

The Town of Exeter is seeking qualified, licensed appraisers to provide a fair‑market‑value appraisal of the historic “baggage building” at 64 Lincoln Street, followed by an independent review of that appraisal. The work must comply with NHDOT Right‑of‑Way policies, Yellow Book development standards, and USPAP confidentiality requirements. The appraisal report must include thirteen specific items ranging from property rights to a five‑year sales history, and the review must verify full compliance before submission to NHDOT.
