Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide mobile firing range maintenance services at Aviano Air Base in Italy. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a 12-month base period and four one-year option periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing monthly mobile firing-range cleaning, preventive maintenance, system inspection, environmental dust mitigation, waste packaging/handoff, and service reporting. The contractor will also be required to furnish and install ballistic rubber curtains. The estimated period of performance is from 25 September 2026 to 24 September 2031.
• The contractor must comply with the solicitation, manufacturer requirements, applicable safety and environmental regulations, and Aviano Air Base access procedures.
• The contractor must provide all travel, lodging, transportation, shipping, customs-related expenses, base-access costs, and incidental expenses as part of the firm-fixed-price.
• The contractor must submit a fixed-price quotation for non-routine repairs and obtain written contracting officer authorization before performing the work.
• The Government reserves the right to make no award as a result of this solicitation.
