Description
The Marine Corps Security Force Battalion at Naval Base Kitsap‑Bangor requires a firm‑fixed‑price contract to supply fifteen (15) Mine Safety Appliances (MSA) G1 self‑contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) kits, fifteen (15) spare carbon‑wrapped cylinders, one small and three large G1 facepieces, and to provide annual flow‑testing and semi‑annual respiratory fit‑testing for a total performance period of one base year plus two optional years. The contractor must deliver all equipment to the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) in Silverdale, WA within 60 days of award and must staff certified technicians to perform on‑site testing in accordance with OEM specifications and OSHA/NFPA standards. The award will be set‑aside for HUBZone, Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned, and Women‑Owned small businesses.
