ON CALL ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SERVICRS

The City of Brockton, Brockton Public Schools is seeking bids from responsible Asbestos Abatement Firm(s) for the proper and legal removal and disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) and to provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, staging, trucking, and supervision necessary for on-call permitting, planning, removal, and remedy as needed for all Brockton Public Schools. • The bid includes the removal and disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) from schools and municipal buildings. • The bid requires the provision of all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, staging, trucking, and supervision necessary for on-call permitting, planning, removal, and remedy. • The bid is subject to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M, and applicable Federal, State, and City of Brockton regulations. • The City of Brockton reserves the right to withdraw the Bid, reject any and all bids, and accept any bids deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Brockton.
