Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking to procure iText by Apryse maintenance software. The software will be used to integrate the creation and management of PDFs with DLA applications. The contract will have a base year and two option years, with a total duration of 3 years. The place of performance will be the Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center in Battle Creek, MI. The contractor will be required to provide technical support and software maintenance for the iText by Apryse software.
• The contractor must have experience with iText by Apryse software and have a valid license to operate in the United States.
• The contractor must provide a detailed breakdown of the costs and pricing for the software maintenance and technical support.
• The contractor must have a plan in place for providing technical support and software maintenance for the entire duration of the contract.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to cybersecurity and data protection.
