PWC - Jackson U1 & U2 Power Nozzle Rebuild Project (Re-Bid)

The Snohomish County PUD is seeking bids for the rebuild of twelve needle valves associated with two 52-MW vertical Pelton turbines at the Jackson Powerhouse. The project includes removing the needle valves, rigging and handling, transporting the needle valves to a rebuild location, replacing gaskets, O-rings, bushing hardware, and other components, and reinstalling the needle valves in their original location. The project also includes alternate bid items such as dye penetrant testing, HD 3D scanning, and replacing copper cooling water lines. • The project is located at the Jackson Hydroelectric Project Powerhouse in Sultan, WA. • The project requires a pre-bid meeting and site visit. • The project has a deadline for questions and a submission deadline. • The project requires a bid bond and a performance bond. • The project has a warranty period of one year.
