Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home in Cherokee County. The work includes carpentry, drywall and finish, plumbing, flooring, and painting, and must be completed within 25 working days. The successful bidder will be required to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and provide proof of TERO certification. The bid must include a breakdown of labor and materials costs, and the bidder must agree to furnish all labor and materials for the sum of the bid.
• The bid must be fully completed, including the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up.
• The bidder must provide proof of TERO certification to receive preference.
• The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
• The bid must be submitted by February 19, 2026, at 5:00 P.M.
• The bidder must agree to complete the job within the timeframe designated after the issuance of the Purchase Order.
