SAPD Academy - Tactics and Firearms Building

The City of San Antonio is seeking bids for the construction of the SAPD Academy - Tactics and Firearms Building. The project includes a tactics and firearms building with an estimated construction budget of $3,605,500.00. The project requires bidders to provide unit prices for all line items, including alternates. The city reserves the right to delete line items prior to award. The project must be substantially completed within 365 calendar days. • The project includes a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on January 6, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. CT. • Bidders must register with the San Antonio E-Procurement System (SAePS) and meet the subcontracting requirements stated in the SBEDA Guidelines Provisions. • The city has a Local Preference Program Ordinance and a Veteran-Owned Small Business Preference Program. • Bidders must meet the prevailing wage rate requirements established for this contract.
