The U.S. Navy is seeking a qualified small‑business vendor to produce and deliver one (1) unit of a C‑130 “Peculiar Support Equipment” (B‑5 Aircraft Servicing Maintenance Platform) for the KC‑130J program. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, 100 % total small‑business set‑aside, with delivery required on or before 30 Aug 2027 to Cherry Point, NC. The award will be a single‑award RFQ; the contractor must provide DoD‑approved identification, comply with NAVAIR packaging, inspection, and NSN marking requirements, and use the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system for invoicing.
