Description
The Walker County Government is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to repair the attic and roof of the Walker County Courthouse. The project consists of attic remediation, structural and masonry repairs, roof system replacement, and restoration of affected interior and exterior building components. The contractor will be responsible for addressing moisture intrusion, mold remediation, structural deficiencies, and restoration of affected areas.
