This solicitation calls for a product‑only purchase of complete roofing systems for the Upper Yard Phase 2 at San Quentin Rehabilitation Center. The vendor will supply all polycarbonate canopy panels, metal standing‑seam roof panels, gutters, downspouts, hardware, warranties, and provide on‑site technical assistance; the State will handle installation. The award will be “all‑or‑none” with a 45‑day bid validity and required delivery within 90 days of purchase order.
• Supply ~12,100 sf of polycarbonate roofing panels (model 3925‑SBC2A‑25‑SS) with anchors, flashing, and accessories.
• Supply ~6,700 sf of metal roof panels (Field‑Lock FLS or approved equal) with insulation, trim, copings, and accessories.
• Provide 600 ft of 6″ × 7″ 20‑ga. galvanized gutters and five 4″ × 14‑ga. stainless‑steel downspouts, plus technical assistance and 10‑/20‑year manufacturer warranties.
