Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to sole source with CareFusion Solutions, LLC for Software Support Services for Government-owned BD Alaris Guardrails System at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center. The objective of this sole source award is for a firm fixed price contract for a single site visit with CareFusion Solutions, LLC. The scope of work includes all forms of technical support prescribed by either the manufacturer's specifications and the latest versions of any recommended announcement outlined by the OEM for the GuardRails package and all related software and servers from BD Alaris.
• The contract period is from 03/30/2026 to 03/29/2031.
• The contractor shall provide a plan, any necessary quote, and schedule within one week for troubleshooting and/or repairs.
• The contractor shall provide written assurance of the competency of their personnel and a list of credentials of approved Field Service Engineers (FSEs) for each make and model the contractor services at VAPHI.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and VA policies, including those related to information security and privacy.
