Purchase of Terminal Junction

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking to purchase Terminal Junctions. The purchase is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business, and all responsible sources may submit a quotation. The USCG intends to issue an order for a quantity of forty (40) each, with the option to increase the quantity by forty (40) each, for a maximum quantity of eighty (80) at the same price and same lead time as the original order, for up to three hundred and sixty-five (365) days after the initial award date. • The items must be new and manufactured by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or in accordance with the Military Specification provided. • The contractor must provide clear traceability to the OEM or verification that the items were manufactured in accordance with the Military Specification. • The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-15. • The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation, including those related to packaging, marking, and preservation.
