Tanglewood Business Park Gravity Outfall

The City of Winston-Salem is seeking bids for the construction of the Tanglewood Business Park Gravity Outfall project. The project involves the construction of approximately 2,200 LF of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer line, approximately 1,900 LF of 12-inch gravity sanitary sewer, and 21 sanitary sewer manholes with two stream crossings, erosion and sediment control, and other related appurtenances. The project requires compliance with the City of Winston-Salem's Minority and Women Business Enterprise program. • The project is located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina • The bid submission deadline is February 24, 2026 • A pre-bid conference will be held on February 10, 2026 • The project requires a completed and signed copy of the Identification of Minority Participation and Affidavit "A", Listing of Good Faith Efforts • The City reserves the right to reject all bids or any portion of any bid they deem necessary for the best interest of the City
